Solution 17489: Updating Contact Information on the TI Online Store.

How can I update my contact information on the TI Online Store?

Users can update mailing addresses, email addresses and phone numbers by following the steps from either location below:

• Go to epsstore.ti.com (First time visitors will need to select the site.)
• Click on PROFILE in the upper right of the page
• Enter the User Name and Password
• Click on SUBMIT
• Update user information then click SUBMIT
• Click on UPDATE to change address information

Or, the data can be updated from our main website:

• Go to education.ti.com
• Click on SIGN IN
• Enter the User Name and Password
• Click on SUBMIT
• Click on MY ACCOUNT
• Click on CONTACT INFORMATION
